What exactly do I get with your service?
You get a completely done-for-you social media lead generation system, including professional video ad scripting, landing page design, automation setup, CRM integration, and ongoing optimization.

How does the payment structure work?
We offer different pricing models depending on your business size and goals.
- If your pool business is already doing over $3 million in annual revenue, you qualify for our revenue share model. This means you pay a one-time setup fee and then only 2.5% of closed business that comes through the system, with no monthly retainers or hidden fees.
- If your business is below $3 million in annual revenue, we typically offer either a monthly retainer or a pay-per-appointment model, in addition to your ad spend.
In all cases, you’ll need a minimum ad spend (usually $3,000/month) paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
How soon will I see results?
Most pool builders start seeing qualified leads within the first week of launch (it takes us about 3-4 weeks after onboarding to build your system before we can launch).
Many clients close their first deal within 30 to 60 days.
How do you qualify leads?
Every lead completes a detailed survey and is pre-screened for budget, timeline, and project scope. Our system automatically nurtures and follows up so you only talk to serious, ready-to-buy prospects.
Will you work with my competitors?
No. We guarantee exclusive territory protection and only work with one custom pool builder per service area.
How much of my time will this take?
Very little. We handle all the heavy lifting. You may need to film a few short video clips (we provide scripts and guidance), and you or your team will build relationships and close qualified leads as they come in.
Do I have to be on camera?
We recommend it for best results, but we make it easy with scripts and coaching. If you prefer, a team member can be the face of your ads.
How do I track my ROI?
You get full access to your CRM and reporting dashboard, so you can see exactly how many leads, appointments, and closed deals are coming from the system.
